Comedy Central will add Futurama repeats to its schedule beginning Wednesday, January 2, at 8:00pm, with a broadcast of two back-to-back episodes, the network announced yesterday. In a follow up to a previous article. TVshowsondvd reports that Comedy Central’s TV Funhouse has been pulled from the release schedule. No reason was made about the cancellation, or when it’ll return to the schedule.
Next year, MTV Networks will be making every clip from every episode of South Park available for viewing on-line for free on the SouthParkStudios.com website. Tvshowsondvd.com reports that Paramount will release Comedy Central’s TV Funhouse on DVD December 18th. The show is based on the sketches on Saturday Night Live created by Robert Smigel who also created Triumph: The Insult Comic Dog. There were eight episodes that features a different theme as well as various parody cartoons.
