Which Wii U games have you been wishing would be ported to the Switch? How about Hyrule Warriors? It’s coming, with everything, and soon.
During a Nintendo Direct Mini this morning, Nintendo announced a slew of upcoming titles for the Switch’s spring lineup, including several deserving ports from the unloved Wii U. One such game was not only available for Wii U but as a pared-down 3DS version. Now thanks to the Switch, you’ll be able to play the ultimate version of Hyrule Warriors anywhere.
Hyrule Warriors will contain every map and mission from the original game and its DLC, as well as all 29 characters that were available for the original, including Link, Zelda, Midna, Impa, Darunia, Tingle, the bug collector from Twilight Princess, and most importantly, Marin.
The game looks better than ever with no visual compromises. Check out the footage in Nintendo Direct below, and get slashing when Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition launches on the Switch this spring.
