In my opinion, I doubt they're going to celebrate their 25th anniversary. Cartoon Network are just stagnant and satisfied now with their decisions compared to 3 years ago. I don't have any optimism for the channel anymore. If they actually put effort in their anniversary that's great, otherwise, I wouldn't be surprised if they were being lazy about that just like do with everything else that's not Teen Titans Go.

I understand what some of you mean. Usually when somebody celebrates an anniversary, it happens once you hit 10 years and you'll do another one every other 10 years (20th, 30th, 40th, etc.), but when it comes to a quarter of a century you're supposed to celebrate after 25 years and 75 years despite the numbers ending with 5. That explains why CN didn't need to do a 15th anniversary in 2007. However, they need to do one this year since it's been 25 years.

I remember both anniversaries CN did. What's amazing is that both of those years happened to be my top years of CN from my childhood and my teenage years. I loved 2002 CN because it was the first full year I watched it and it's when I think CN peaked in programming, and I loved 2012 CN because it's when the CHECK it era peaked in its programming. Hopefully that means 2022 will be another great year for CN once they celebrate its 30th anniversary, but CN celebrating its 25th anniversary wouldn't change my opinion on how awful its scheduling and variety have been.

Image is nice, but focuses on a very small amount of shows - mainly newer ones. Also, so does the exhibit. I want to know finally how it will all translate on air.

One of those shows isn't even owned by CN! Why does everyone think TTG is owned by CN when in reality it's owned by WB?

Probably explains for one of CN's lame excuse for their utterly lame never-ending favoritism for that said show.

At least there are no more live action shows for CN to draw on for this even, which even the 20th anniversary celebration featured a little bit (along with The Annoying Orange).

The million dollar question :D I would be satisfied with one day of variety showcasing almost everything they ever aired and produced - at least in terms of originals.

Mainly to have promotion. CN also did the same with their 20th anniversary and included Johnny Test and The Looney Tunes, both of which aren't originals.

Teen Titans has always been the acquired show that's felt the closest to being a CN original when it comes to popularity. This was always the case long before Teen Titans Go! premiered too. Justice League/Unlimited and Duck Dodgers were WB acquisitions that premiered new episodes on CN but people never considered those as "original" as Teen Titans was.

They might make special bumpers like they made 5 years ago in 2012 during their 20th anniversary.
