    Sigh. He was awesome as HB's versions of Blinky and Pinky as well as Duckworth, Burger Beagle and Bouncer Beagle from Ducktales.

    He did give some good and iconic voices in shows that I watched long ago, sad he has passed.

    I thought he was older. He was basically playing an old man for 40 years. Same with Wilford Brimley. I still cannot get over the idea that the guy who played an old man in Cocoon in 1985 is also only 83. But yeah, McCann's entire shtick seemed to be playing characters older than he was.

    He wasn't Bluto on The All-New Popeye Hour. Allan Melvin played Bluto.
