Man, that's a lot of movies .

Also interesting to see them use the Rebirth costume designs on the cover at given they haven't really popped up in animation yet...

    Just pre-ordered MotP from Amazon!

Worth every penny and then some to me...can't wait to see it again in Blu-Ray.

Sad that there looks to be no extras or a commentary, but has anyone heard anything about the sound?

Still hoping for an upgrade to 5.1 surround :), but I know it's not very likely :( .

If you want a small taste of what the HD transfer for Batman: Mask of the Phantasm will look like, check out the trailer clip provided by Warner Archive.

Sad about the “no plans at this time” for a remastered animated series.

I actually think they said it was SUB-ZERO that was ''on the table'', as opposed to the actual series.

Received my copy of MOTP today. The case and disc look good, I'll have to report later on the picture.

In short, Warner Archive's Blu-ray release of Batman: Mask of the Phantasm looks and sounds fantastic. It's not perfect, as some shots don't look as strong as others, but overall this film has never looked better. The audio mix is pretty amazing, as well. Expect a full review on The World's Finest very soon.

The Blu-ray talkback will be posted up tomorrow.

Makes sense. The WW reissue was in May then the live action movie came out the next moth. Same case here with Justice League releasing in November in theaters.

For all UK/Ireland fans, HMV will be releasing a complete 25th anniversary collection of B:TAS on October 30th (£40):

While the American sets are region free (excluding volume one)... this is the first time Vol. 3 & 4 has been made ''offically'' available on DVD in the UK/Ireland.

Batman: The Animated Series, Series 1-4 (HMV)

Oh, something soon after? Fingers crossed it’s a blu-ray release for SUB—ZERO for its 20th anniversary.

It's either that, or Static Shock seasons 3 and 4. I'm hoping for both of course!

Teen Titans Go! Be My Valentine is the second holiday themed release. It releases January 9, 2018 with an SRP $14.97. It has 11 episodes: The Date, Be Mine, Terra-ized, Opposites, Matched, Love Monsters, Rocks and Water, How 'bout Some Effort, Hand Zombie, BBRAE Part 1, and BBRAE Part 2

The Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders and Batman vs. Two-Face will be re-released in a 2 film collection on February 13 in DVD only so far with an SRP $19.98

And if you're thinking it, yes, I agree, they should swap those release dates with each other.

Supposedly the rest of Static Shock is coming next year.
I'm actually surprised we got Mystery Of the Batwoman on Blu Ray before Subzero AND Mask Of the Phantasm.
