9/28: Set video of Wasp vs Ghost surfaced.
9/29: More photos from the set.
Maybe Ghost goes after Burch and Wasp has to stop her ?
9/29: Perhaps Burch designed some new breakthrough that's being positioned as the foundation of restarting Pym Tech but Ghost is hired to steal it. So still a heist movie theme to it, heh.
10/2: VFX unit filming a scene involving Giant-Man and a truck.
10/4: There's gonna be a flashback to 1987. A casting call is looking for "Argentinean locals for a park scene taking place in 1987"
Guess we can look forward to a digitally de-aged Michelle Pfeiffer and a flashback to Hank and Jan in their prime .
10/4: I'm game to see another S.H.I.E.L.D. mission with them involved.
10/13: Rudd seen filming - running, jumping, and yelling. That sort of thing.
10/15: Michael Douglas filmed in Atlanta on Sunday.
10/16: Rudd and Lily seen suited up together on set.
Those are some very serious expressions on their faces...
Supposed plot details revealed.
Time skip from being freed from the Raft, Scott is now under house arrest when the movie starts. He's happy to spend more time with Cassie.
A bit weary to suit up as Ant-Man again. Appears to have left the world of superheroes behind
Hank Pym and Hope van Dyne are still hard at work in their lab trying to bring Janet back to their world. Not happy about Scott joining Team Cap in Civil War because they needed his help. They still do.
Hank and Hope are said to be hunted throughout the movie. Their lab is on-the-go and utilizes Hank's Pym Particles.
In-universe, Ant-Man and the Wasp will take place within a short time frame
Hmm, that tracks with the set photos of that hi-speed chase/fight between Hope and the Ghost. So that's probably their mobile lab they're fighting atop.
I'm curious if Scott being under house arrest is because of his actions in Infinity War? And could that mean something similar for the other escaped Avengers ?
Hank Pym's miniature lab! Classic .
I wonder who's after Hank and Hope (Carson?) ?
Interesting about the short time-frame. I don't think the original Ant-Man was that long either.
10/18: Maybe but it depends on when this movie takes place relative to Infinity War since the time frames between movies in the same year of release aren't linear anymore (one doesn't take place after the previous release).
Perhaps. Or Sonny.
Yeah, about two weeks, a few more days when you factor in the epilogue and teasers. Carson told Cross he can have him the money in 2 weeks, after that Yellowjacket video was played.
10/31: Set photo of Douglas and Pfeiffer. Appears to be a flashback scene as Douglas has wig on.
11/2: Fishburne confirms Bill Foster was Hank Pym's assistant.
Was he Hank and Jan's "man in the chair" ?
I also guess he was probably someone else who knew enough about the Pym Particles to replicate or expand on them (if you know what I mean) .
Don't jinx it man!
Perhaps but assistant at SHIELD or assistant at Pym Tech?
It could be a point of contention that he stuck with SHIELD after Hank left, though alternatively he could have left SHIELD or Pym Tech as soon as Hank did out of loyalty.
11/2: I think I posited the chance Foster was the one assigned by Howard to help replicate the Pym Particles behind Pym's back. So likely a schism between the two...
11/10: Today was Goggins' last day.
11/18: Lilly wrapped on Friday.
11/19: During Night of Too Many Stars, Rudd appeared in the new suit to answer fan questions.
11/20: Filming has wrapped. Pfeiffer was also spotted with grey hair.
11/21: Spoilery photos of Douglas and Pfeiffer at a set in Hawaii.
It's going to take some time getting used to an old Hank and Jan (though I guess I've almost gotten used to old Hank at this point) .
But that's a lovely dress Jan is sporting .
Feels like they're filming a scene for the end of the movie...
It would be out of character for her to dressed less than fashionable.

Described as a romantic comedy.
I would say other MCU movies have had elements of romantic comedy in them, but I imagine this will probably emphasize those more .
Only fitting for an Ant-Man and Wasp film .
Well, this suits director Peyton Reed; rom-coms used to be his bread and butter - although, none of them were really my thing.
Honestly Scott and Hope didn't really have much romantic chemistry in the first movie and they're portrayal as a couple... was so rushed they did kind of have to make a joke out of it for it to work but that movie was also more focused on Scott's story in general so had to sort of squeeze in bits of him and Hope. If they actually bother fleshing it out it could actually work though to be honest I kind of hope the romantic focus is actually on Hank and Janet more as I think a story about them reconnecting would be much more interesting. Though honestly I do get why this movie is being described as a more fluffy romantic comedy: Black Panther and Infinity War look to be really serious movies (and I honestly hope they are as though I've enjoyed all the MCU movies this year they were also more light and we could use some more heavy movies from them) so obviously having a smaller more joyful movie would balance that out.
