The Superman Hompage reports that Warner Brothers has won their court case against the estate of Superman co-creator Joe Shuster. U.S. District Judge Otis Wright III decided that an agreement that Shuster signed with DC Comics in 1992 rules out any chance for Shuster’s heirs trying to regain Shuster’s share of the Superman copyrights from DC Comics. Warner is still continuing their case against the estate of Jerry Siegel over the rights to the Man of Steel.
