Video Layout of Planned Comics and Animation Museum in Hangzhou

The architectural firm MVRDV has posted a video of their design for the China Comic and Animation Museum (CCAM) in Hangzhou, China:

The 32,000 square-meter museum will showcase the history of comics and animation in a design intended to echo speech balloons, with the white concrete façade allowing texts to be projected onto the balloons for informational or entertainment purposes. Construction is slated to begin in 2012.
