Viacom/CBS Announce New Executive Positions
Jacques Tortoroli has been appointed Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of new Viacom, following the separation of the organization into two publicly traded companies. Tortoroli will report to Michael J. Dolan, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of new Viacom.
Mr. Tortoroli will oversee accounting and financial reporting, financial planning and forecasting, and payroll for new Viacom, which will include MTV Networks (MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon, Nick at Nite, Comedy Central, CMT: Country Music Television, Spike TV, TV Land, and many other networks around the world), BET, Paramount Pictures, Paramount Home Entertainment, and Famous Music.
Separately, Susan C. Gordon has been appointed Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of CBS Corporation. Gordon will report to Fredric G. Reynolds, who will serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CBS Corporation.
Ms. Gordon will have overall responsibility for the controllership and financial reporting activities for CBS Corporation, which will include the CBS Television Network, UPN, Infinity Broadcasting, Viacom Outdoor, Viacom Television Stations Group, Paramount Television, King World, Simon & Schuster, Showtime, and Paramount Parks.
