Actor Edward Laurence Albert passed away on Friday, September 22, at the age of 55 due to lung cancer. "Nausicaa" Voice Actor to Appear at Anime Boston

Sumi Shimamoto will be appearing at the Anime Boston convention, which runs from May 26-28. SAG Voice Actors Get 20% Boost in Rerun Pay

The Screen Actors Guild stands ready to hand a 20% pay raise to voice actors when their animated TV shows are rebroadcast (free registration required). If the proposed deal is approved by the union’s board, the increase in residual payments will be retroactive to January 1 and be in effect through June 30, 2008.
