Deadline.com reports that actor Anna Kendrick has been cast as the lead character in DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc.’s upcoming animated musical feature film Trolls, based on the famed trolls doll series. Kendrick will play Poppy, described as “a relentlessly upbeat princess” in the report. The movie is set to be released on November 4, 2016.
