The Honolulu Star Bulletin has profiled Hawaii animation studio Hawaii Film Partners, which produced the 38 2-minute Ape Escape shorts which debuted on the Nicktoons network yesterday. The shorts are based on the Sony PlayStation game franchise of the same name, and will be the studio’s first animation project.
