IDW Teams with Cartoon Network for Comics Based on "Dexter's Lab," "Powerpuff Girls," "Ben 10," and More

IDW Publishing has announced a partnership with Cartoon Network to turn several shows from the network’s stable of TV shows into comic books. Titles named in the press release include The Powerpuff Girls, Ben 10, Dexter’s Laboratory, Samurai Jack, Johnny Bravo, and Generator Rex. Announcements on specific titles and creative teams are forthcoming.

CN Orders More "Ben 10," "Generator Rex"

Cartoon Network has ordered 32 more episodes of Ben 10: Ultimate Alien and 20 more episodes of Generator Rex, Animation Magazine reports. The orders come after both series debuted to strong ratings, placing as the top-rated programs for boys 6-11 and 9-14 in their time slots.
