Patricia Wyatt has been named temporary president of HIT Entertainment’s North American operations, World Screen reports. Separately, c21 Media reports that former HIT Entertainment executive Peter Urie has been named chief corporate development officer at TV Loonland.

Viacom Inc. has entered into a multi-year search marketing and Web search distribution agreement with Yahoo!, the company announced today. Under the undisclosed terms of the agreement, Yahoo! will provide multiple search marketing and Web search services to Viacom’s online properties including MTV.com and NickJr.com, among others. Corus Reports Third-Quarter Profits
