Bandai Visual USA to be Absorbed by Bandai Entertainment

Bandai Namco Holdings has announced a merger between its two American video/audio content subsidiaries starting on July 1, 2008. Bandai Entertainment and Bandai Visual USA will be combined and the Bandai Visual USA brand and company will be liquidated. The combination is expected to be complete by September.
