A report in the New York Times details the expected announcement of V-me, a new public broadcasting network aimed at Latino populations in major American cities (registration required). The expected programming palette will be a mix of original and dubbed programming. Franny’s Feet and Lunar Jim, two animated children’s shows, were cited by name to be dubbed into Spanish and aired on the network.
