Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends Heats-Up this Summer on Cartoon Network
New Episodes Begin July 17 at 7 p.m. (ET, PT)
Mac and Bloo get caught up in new adventures when Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends returns Monday, July 17 with new episodes part of Cartoon Network’s summer long presentation of premieres of hit original series every Monday-Thursday at 7 p.m. (ET, PT). In the new episodes of Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends, it’s wilder than ever in the house when Bloo and the gang throw birthday and slumber party bashes. As always, mayhem ensues. Then Bloo takes the gang on a joy ride while the fate of everyone is left-up to Cheese.
In Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends, the shy Mac has the perfect alter ego in his imaginary friend Blooregard Q. Kazoo. Bloo is the impulsive and brash creature who lives at Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends, a haven for wayward imaginary friends like Wilt, Eduardo, Coco and others who have been separated from the kids who invented them. New episodes air at 7 p.m. (ET, PT) this summer as part of Cartoon Network’s special summer programming line-up.
* Monday, July 17: “Infernal Slumber” — Bloo and the entire gang show up at Mac’s apartment for a slumber party.
* Thursday, July 27: “I Only Have Surprise for You” – Mac tries to stop Bloo from throwing him a surprise party for his birthday.
* Tuesday, Aug. 1: “Bus the Two of Us” – When Bloo decides to take Mac on a joy ride in the Foster’s bus, it is up to Wilt to keep Frankie and Mr. Herriman from discovering that the bus is missing.
* Wednesday, Aug. 9: “The Big Cheese” – Everyone at Foster’s is locked out of the house and the only one who knows the code is Cheese.
In addition to the new episodes, Mac and Bloo will host Cartoon Network’s primetime line-up all summer long. Favorite Cartoon Network characters like Lazlo, Ben 10 and Billy and Mandy are sure to drop by, and the two best pals will feature special segments of “Are You a Cartoon Network Kid?”
Mac, Bloo and the gang continue to have a busy summer with the raging success of the Foster’s Big Fat Awesome House Party. Since its May 15 launch, more than 2 million registered users have logged on to CartoonNetwork.com to play the online game resulting in more than 11 million games play. The free year-long interactive game allows players to immerse themselves in the hit show by creating their very own imaginary friend and guiding it through a sequence of activities and mini-games, all featuring popular characters from the show including Mr. Herriman, Eduardo, Cheese and Coco.
