Kazuko Ute, Japanese Voice Actor, R.I.P.

Anime News Network notes the passing of Japanese anime voice actor Kazuko Ute on November 17, 2011, at the age of 84. She was best known for starring in the 1967 TV anime series Goku no Daibōken, where she played the title character. She also assisted in the creation and production of a successful line of Japanese children's audio books.
