Anime producer Group Tac has filed for bankruptcy, Variety reports.

The producer of Japanese Folktales, Touch, One Stormy Night and Spring and Chaos has experienced falling income due to the advertising recession and has been further affected by the death of its chairman, Atsukmi Tashiro, in July.
