Zemeckis Suggests Use of Performance Capture in "Roger Rabbit" Sequel

Robert Zemeckis has put forward the idea of using performance capture technology in a potential sequel to Who Framed Roger Rabbit - but only for the human characters.
"I wouldn't use it for the cartoon characters, because I think they should stay two-dimensional", stated Zemeckis; however, he also commented that "[a]ll the other characters... would be magnificent in performance capture technology".
