SDCC2009: X-Men and Blade Getting the Marvel Anime Treatment

For the Marvel Animation panel at the San Diego Comic-Con, Warren Ellis, the leading story and scenario writer for the upcoming Marvel Anime projects being co-produced with Studio Madhouse for Iron Man and Wolverine, also revealed that there would be four total anime co-productions with Studio Madhouse and Marvel and that Iron Man and Wolverine are merely the first two. The next two Ellis revealed would be X-men followed by Blade. While Ellis did not say much with regards to the X-men anime, Ellis did go into the challenge of writing the normally London-based character of Blade in Southeast Asia.
