SDCC2008: DC Animation Panel Report

On Saturday afternoon at the San Diego Comic Con, DC President Paul Levitz, Senor VP Greg Noveck, voice director Andrea Romano, executive producer Bruce Timm, director Lauren Montgomery and actor Nathan Fillion were the panelists for the DC Universe Animation Panel. Noveck officially announced Wonder Woman's release to DVD and Blu-ray in February 2009.

Keri Russell will play the role of Diana/Wonder Woman, while Nathan Fillion will be voicing Steve Trevor. Alfred Molina will voice Ares. The cast will also include Rosario Dawson, Virginia Madsen, and Oliver Platt. The DVD will be released as a one-disc PG release and two-disc uncut version. It will feature an original story by Gail Simone and Michael Jelenic, with screenplay by Michael Jelenic.

Some news was revealed regarding the November 25th Blu-ray two-disc release of Superman: Doomsday. Extra features will include four bonus episodes of Superman the Animated Series hand-picked by Bruce Timm and 128 minutes worth of extra content.
