A New Powerpuff Girls DVD, called 'The Mane Event', will be released April 3rd, 2001. The DVD will be 130 minutes in length, and is described as this:

Pint-sized super-heroes Bubbles, Blossom, and Buttercup are still out "saving the world before bedtime," kickin' butt all over Townsville, busting up baddies, knocking no-gooders and ripping up ruffians! In "The Mane Event," Bubbles and Buttercup unleash a shear disaster when they accidentally give Blossom the haircut from you-know-where. Our little redheaded, chopped-topped moppet is just too embarrassed to kick butt. So when Townsville is attacked by a building-zapping eyeball-monster, must Bubbles and Buttercup handle it alone?
