This article from Zap2it.com reports on ratings from July 29.  Fox Kids and ABC tied, and "The Bugs Bunny & Tweety Show" beat "Men In Black."  This past season, "MIB" was on a role, becoming the No. 5 on among children on Saturday mornings. Kids' WB! is losing a ton of steam and if this continues this fall, even a new "Pokemon" show will not be able to resurrect the lost ratings.
