National Cartoon Museum to Move to Empire State Building

An article in the New York Times notes that the National Cartoon Museum will be moving to new space in the Empire State Building in New York City (free registration required). The museum, founded by Beetle Bailey creator Mort Walker, is scheduled to open in 2006 with gallery spaces dedicated to the history of comics and animation.
