The Hollywood Reporter states that Kung Fu Panda director Mark Osborne will be directing the animated adaptation of Jeff Smith’s graphic novel Bone for Warner Bros. Animation. He will co-write the script with Adam Kline, and the article states that the intention is for a trilogy of animated feature films to tell the story of the three Bone cousins (Fone, Phoney, and Smiley Bone) as they make their way through a forested valley filled with strange and sometimes terrifying creatures.
