Question for a fan fic

Ok, I'm working on a new idea but have become stumped but a not so minor detail:

What is Max's sister's name?

In 'Hocked Up' Max tells Terry (correct me if I'm wrong) that she lives with her older sister - right? What's her name?

Also - did Dr. Cuiver die at the end of Splicers?

Two other questions - What country is The Hague(sp) in and was Dolly cloned in Scotland or Wales?

Max's sister was never really named; she just said she had a sister. Her sister is mentioned again in Armory (in the form of Max borrowing her car) but again they never mention her name.

Dr. Cuvier didn't die at the end of Splicers, but according to the comics (which I wouldn't count as a credible source for the sole fact that they stated the entire Royal Flush Gang had evil twins) he lived and was restored to his previous state through surgery. This, however, doesn't add up seeing as Terry transformed his splicer henchmen back to human form simply with hormones. It can go either way.

The Hague is in the Netherlands. Dolly was cloned in Scotland.
