Is Teletoon shown only in certain places?

There are 2 Teletoon networks, I believe...an East one and a West one. I get the East one. Those with satellites get both, which is really handy, if you ask me!
Apparently they only show about the first half of the series at the moment. Hopefully that will change!

That happened with ALF on Family Channel. They would play the first two seasons, then start over again. I wrote to them to ask why and they said that after the current run, the third and fourth seasons would immediately follow. Lo and behold, they did.
