They are being interviewed because of the downloadable Voltron game from THQ. They bring up why modern voice directors/channels/companies don't want to cast them (*cough*Warner Brothers *cough* Nickelodeon *cough* Disney). Even though they were the stars of all the iconic '80s shows including GI Joe, Voltron, Superfriends, etc.

They say that back in the day, it didn't matter what you looked like in order to play a cartoon character. Now casting directors are only interested in youngsters playing youngsters or celebrities.

Like Nick's redub of Winx Club starring their stable of actors. Or Bratz which was cast with a bunch of former child stars. Both shows (to me) never really had the actresses do anything special enough to warrant their casting.
