The answer is...... yes.

This one's pretty unique in that it's the first funny video game article that doesn't have to do with the PS2....

WEST LAFAYETTE, IN—Despondent over a recent breakup with his longtime girlfriend, Purdue University graduate student Tim Mahaffey, 27, has been hitting the Nintendo GameCube "pretty hard," roommates reported Monday.

Lol, I love that picture. It looks like he is in a comatose state holding the controller. Man I must seriously be doing something wrong if that goofy looking bastard is getting chicks, haha. It's all about the fruit loops though.

Now that I look at the picture more I know who he reminds me of. Steve Buscemi in Adam Sandler. It even looks like he has lipstick on, lol. I don't see a list of people to kill on the wall though. :/

I look at something like this and I see three idiots, the guy for being so depressed, the Onion for posting this (highly questionable) article in the first place, and the Nintendo spokesman for the shameless self-promotion at the end.
