I just don't get it.(SPOILERS)

What was the plot to Silent Hill 2 supposed to be about? First he's looking for his dead wife, then he meets her twin, then her twin dies, then he thinks maybe his wife didn't die, then he figures he killed her, then he finds his wife, only it's actually her twin, who becomes his wife after flying around upside-down in a cage, who dies again, and then reads a long boring letter?!!!!!

AND - what's the deal with the pyramid-head(s), Angela, Laura, and Eddie?

Grr. I can't believe I wasted 10 hours of my life for such a crummy plot.

Just a thought... but it would probably help to have the game title in the header, so people know what the spoiler is actually for.

Silent Hill 2... Good question... QUICK! Put the game back in the case. Slam the case shut and throw it far away far away and never think about it again.

meh, if a game/moie doesn't have 20 twists and isn't as confuseing as where it came from (hell), it's not good by reviewers standards! i want my old smash tv type games. "it's the futuer. your in a game show. shot things! go!" now there's a story line for ya!

Lol! My bad. I guess I wasn't really paying attention to what I was doing .

Also, don't get me wrong - the actual gameplay was pretty fun, if not a bit too easy. I really liked the length, but I was a little disappointed by the "other" places (i.e. hospital, hotel), and the lack of a real boss (sorry, but a lady flying around on the ceiling barfing bats isn't exactly great).

I beat the game in 5 hours. At the time I borrowed it from a friend and I did not have a memory card.

My favorite part was when you were talking to that guy and he started pukeing. Other than that put the game into the case and chuck it into the river.
