Memory Cards question
I agree that the Playstations and Gamecube need it to save data due to the fact that you can't save it on the CD.
But why did the N64 needed them if the games are a cartridge?
If life is not fair all you have to do is MAKE IT fair

N64 games that used the Memory card were mostly for saving extra stuff, like stats for sports games, best times for racing games, etc. I bought a memory card when I got my N64, and for all the games I ever bought for it, the only thing I ever used it for was saving Record Times for Extreme G.
Cool GIF, by the way.

And on the topic of memory cards: I hope everyone with a GameCube knows about the Interact Mega Memory 16X Memory Card. For only double the price of the standard 59 block one, you get a massive 16 times as much memory. In otherwords, makes the standard ones obsolete and the ultimate money saver. Thought I'd share that in case someone didn't know about it. Bought one as soon as I learned, and sold my old ones. I learned about it here
