how many of you are going to buy this gme?I cant wait for it, the graphics are stunnig(eat your heart out x-box

) and have u seen the new areas the shark tank looks sweet its like you get 2 movies rolled into 1 jaws and night of the living dead im telling u all this is one of the reasons to own a gamecube

It's currently the top game on my purchasing list. I've never played the RE games before, so this is going to be very fresh and new for me.

I think everyone with a GC is going to get this game which will in turn ensure that Capcom pumps more into GC.

RE is propbably the reason many people bought the Gamecube in the first place. I can't wait until I have this game. It's not only got new and awsome graphics, but the whole game has practically been redesigned.

I remember when we first learned it was coming to the GC exclusively. Man, I was happy, it's the reason I picked GC over PS2. Well........... That and a few other things. Poor PS2 and X-Box fanboys.

Think again my friend! Haven't you heard? There's a Resident Evil Online coming out for the PS2, and the "exclusive" RE games on the GC are only exclusive for a limited time - they'll evenutally find thier way to the other consoles.

Yup RE 's exclusive for up to 4 years if the games sell well, they will stay exclusive but if any of them tank it goes ports ville.

I went to Babages and GameStop today and saw all the ads up for the game, I've already put down a down payment after going to The music Reclery and selling some stuff.

No, Gamecube only has exclusives for RE 1, RE 0, RE 2, RE 3, RE:CV, and RE 4! And if those don't do well Capcom CAN port them to other systems, but only if they don't do well. If they do well than they won't. Who knows, they might make an exclusive Resident Evil that has an oddball title! Kind of like what they did to the Resident Evil that was released on Dreamcast and PS2! God I hope they release one for the PS2 because I'm not allowed to get any other systems until they die out and the next generation of systems are released! Ah well,

I'LL GET A GAMECUBE IN FIVE YEARS!

You'll have one heck of a library, besides from what i hear GC will be out longer than 5 years so you'll have time to catch up, should be pretty cheap too.

yeah but impretty sure that RE will stay with gamecube allot of people will be buying them so dont expect to see RE on an x-box anytime soon

Why would the games stay exclusive if they sell well? If a game sells well it's more likely to be ported to other systems so that the company can make even more money. Sadly Resident Evil 2 isn't getting the same kind of treatment Resident Evil 1 is getting. It'll pretty much be a direct port from what I've heard.
