My video gaming nightmare

You know, I'm an avid classic video/pc gamer, and I have pretty much been up against it all. I'm sorta laid back, so it doesn't bug me that much if I can't, say, beat Bowser in Super Mario World, or Robotnik on Sonic 3 and Knuckles on a given day. But there is one thing that I just can't stand!

It's that insufferable guy sitting next to you that, no matter what you have done or how far you have gotten, he's done it better and can do it for you if you'll just let him play this one little part through for you.

I mean, seriously! You could beat all of Sonic 2 in one spin dash, and he will say "Well, that was pretty good, but I did it in 15 seconds, and not 30. Why don't you let me try it?" Or, when you are playing the original Super Smash Bros (and you haven't played it in a while,) he's saying, "Man, you haven't beat Link yet? It usually should take two minutes, TWO minutes! You're getting nowhere! Want me to play him for you?"

It's getting to where I'm about to use a Smash Bros. attack on him. What do you think, Mario Tornado, or Fox's Deflector Shield?
