i hate gamefaqs forums!

i made a post in the xbox general board about how the gamecube might lose to xbox and they instantly called me an xbox fanboy and the topic was deleted! how can i be a fanboy for a system i don't even have?! i have more stuff for psx than i have for any other system.
i have 2 gcn games and i sold 2 games a while back. i have 3 controllers, 2 of which are third-party because the official one's rumble broke weeks after it's first use! am i a fanboy?

However...Nintendo's been in this business longer than any of the others, so if anybody falls, It'll probably be Microsoft with their mammoth XBOX and boring games..

(BTW-I dunno what the deal w/ the first-party one's rumble breaking..I have 3 1st party ones and the rumbles never gone out..though, I was playing Extreme G3 and the rumble went out [but I kept smacking myself against the wall and I think it had a time limit on how long the rumble lasts], but then came back on after I stopped..)

Nintendo's got a great fan base, and I think they have the best chance. Having tried out the Xbox, I must say that the controlls are a little confusing, to say the least. But, that's just me. The games are good, otherwise.

Heh..You went into a GC Forum and supported X-Box..You got what you deserved. That's like going to an NSYNC Concert and saying that BackStreet Boys are the best Boy Band. You'll get belted with bottles or watever those teeny boppers have to throw. They WILL overreact.

I'm honestly a GameCube Fan Boy and from what I've played, read and seen..GameCube will definetly shape up to be better than X-Box... Already the games (though fewer than X-Box) are all top quallitya nd fun, because Nintendo tends to not waste our time on flashy peices of junk just to pump up it's library. Most of the games on XB are great looking but either get boring quick or sucked to begin with.. their are some exceptions however. I mean I'm jelous of a lot of the upcomming games and stuff like JetSetRadio Future or Shenmue2 but it's not nearly enough to make me buy an X-Box when Nintendo has an array of upcoming games and current games that blow any of those games out the water.

This is why I rarely post in videogame forums. Every thread, no matter what the topic, will always get at least one post calling someone a fanboy or saying a system sucks. It gets tiring VERY quickly.

I have been playing NES,SNES, Gameboy, GBA...

in other words I been loyal to nintendo, but when I played N64 and Gamecube... I'didn't enjoy as NES, SNES, GBC, and GBA,
BTW: I don't like N64's controllers...
Gamcube's controller's look like a rip off PSX, and PS2..
So if you think I am bashing Nintendo - I am not it's just my opinion....
Also X-Box controllers definiately look like a rip off Dreamcast

this just my opinion so bash me but you can critize me if you want... I don't a flame war to start

Well, to be fair, the PlayStation controller got its basic design from the SNES.

And yeah that was the idea. I had my cousins PSX Over here and compared the controllers and they are almost identicle in shape.. But Nintendo knew what they were doing..Everyone else ripped from them..including Sony.

It makes sense to me. People like to go to those boards just to start arguments, and they’re the reason I stay away from most of them. Good thing the Toon Zone mods do a great job at keeping those kinds of people out of here.

actually Zapages, many Teen's will probably be willing to forget about Dreamcast, as it's going out now. I'd say the breakdown is more like this:

1)XBOX
2)PS2
3)GameCube

They probably will find XBOX fun because:

1)Microsoft tells them it's fun
2)They don't play games long enough to notice anything fun from stupid

Yes, I just bashed my age-group..lol. But many kids around my neighborhood are like that. "bigger the better" seems to be their philosophy...
