Wowzers, I'd expect a thread for this. Welp, here's the gist of it...

An unknown military force equipped with the latest weapons has established a presence in Costa Rica in 1974. The Costa Rican government could not do anything about them because the country's constitution bans the creation of an armed forces. The nation has tapped Naked Snake and his Militaires Sans Frontières (Soldiers without Borders; Outer Heaven's predecessor) mercenary company to turn back the threat, which could endanger the balance of power between the East and West.

I need to get a PSP and trackdown Portable Ops before this comes out, because MGS3 was my first MGS game, so I probably am more of a Big Boss fanboy than most.

Actually this would be the third time since Blum was in Twin Snakes (random soldier) and Portable OPS (Gene).
I am somewhat surprised they didn't use Cam Clarke as Miller for continuity sake.

Eh? Most people can tell which is which. Hayter's snake is raspy since it's an accent, while Blum's always smooth.

Yeah, Tae already said it. Blum's voice is a lot smoother than Hayter's Snake.

Maybe, Liquid was just doing a convincing impersonation of Miller?

I`m going to say now that Blum's charachter is related to Gene somehow. Gene was the main villain of PO, it looks like we might be getting more backstory on him.

I hope after this game we get rmakes of MG 1 and 2, possibly rolled into one game.

Nope, can't find it. I just have the Ops virtual missions, the game that won't let me play as Snake until I have the original Ops. - -;

The only reason Miller was voiced by Cam Clarke before was because it was Liquid in disquise.
