Why don't some of us try to post reviews of good animation that we see? I feel that it would help us discover new shows and movies, as well as, keep topics fresh. Opinons?

Hey, I'm all for it! I have about 60 DVDs of animation! I am sure I could drum up a few reviews about the best of them!
I'll try being nicer if you try being smarter.

As much as I wish I could make my own smilies, I have yet to master that form. Til then, my smilies come from official smilie websites! Sorry if those recent two ruffled any feathers! They were meant for just a chuckle, and are mostly harmless.

Nothing wrong with a cute smilie every now and then!

Wasn't this a thread about reviews?
Here's a review for a animated show.
Arthur on PBS
Yes this is a children's show. But still, it's really funny! They've stuck in jokes that only grown ups would get! Also, they've stuck in jokes for the comic book reader! For example, in one episode, Arthur's best friend comes back into town after have been gone for a long time. One of his crazy ideas puts his best friend as an astronaut that has been in space for a long time that is finally coming home. But when his friend finally lands on Earth, his body starts to stretch, then burst in to flames, then becomes orange-rocky, and then turns invisible! He says "Hey, I think those cosmic rays we hit on re-entry must have done something fantastic" That is definitely a reference to the Fantastic Four!.
The show has also had MULTIPLE story-arcs that have lasted throughout the show. Some of them include the green potato chip and Crazy Bus.
The animation is so-so but the stories are great and hillarious. My younger sibilings have kept me watching the show.
Out of a 10, I give this show at 8.5
