Home*Runner "Ballad of The Sneak" and "Pop: Tire" Talkback

    Population: Tire

"Population: Tire" it's a fun game at times, but not as good as Trogdor. An ok game for a slow day.

    The Ballad of The Sneak

Now this is the stuff I love. The Chaps make the best music videos. The tune, lyrics, and flash is great. I can't stop playing it.

The Sneak smilie made by me ---->

The Sneak thing was pretty cool. I generally like the 1930s stuff that they do. I like the game, as I like general "keep item in air" games. My high score was 501.

I forgot to check for eggs...anything notable?
It recently dawned on me that my signature could be interpreted as being said by me. For the record, this was not the case. If the previous signature reduced your opinion of me, please increase your opinion. Thank you.

No eggs in either of them, surprisingly.

Have there been eggs outside of SB emails? Hmmm, I think there might have been but they seem to be mostly in emails now.

Well, I couldn't get the game to load (can't load Trogdor either...stupid computer). As for The Sneak video, that was great! You can tell they really put a good amount of work into that. Very fun. Can't get enough of those mustaches.

I actually always liked the sneak a lot more than the cheat...I just like rats, possums and other rat/possum-like animals! All the old-timey talk (dapper, moxy, hooch, jackinape...) in the ballad was HILARIOUS. For some reason I positively bust a gut at the random shouting of "hum dinger! 28 skidoo!", the bit about the "flying machine" and "Who did the hulley-gulley on the Panama canal?" Catchy as hell, too.

    Population: Tire has me hooked!
And I love that title -- very Strongbad-esque. I also love the completely inappropriate action-hero storyline. Reminds me of the cover art of some games from the '80s (like the Lode Runner cover that showed a big muscular guy fighting skeletons, or the strange, Americanized Bomberman cover art).

"The Sneak" is the best song I've heard in a while! Can't wait for them to release the MP3....

The game was a bit confusing at first, but was still a nice diversion. I made it into the 260s.
