Does anyone subscribe to animation mags?
AnimeAmerica, Cinemafantastique/Animefantastique (when it was out), or any others?

I have not heard of Anime America. You mean Animerica?
I used to like Animerica, but the reviews began to grate on me with their smug "hip" attitude and their import reviews nothing more than a vehicle for them to try out their so-called one-liners. Heck, their imports reviews are about one or two sentences, so they ain't even reviews. I'm not interested in a cheap joke, thank you very much,
I'll be checking out the upcoming English Newtype.

I really enjoy TOON magazine, tho lately it's been kind of on hiatus, but issue 26 should be out soon.
I'll try being nicer if you try being smarter.

I pick up Animerica every now and then. I have a subscription to Animation Magazine, and I had a subscription to ANiMATO!, which was up for sale and is now out of business.
I read Animation World Magazine all the time too.

I used to get this animation magazine (the name escapes me) produced by Wizard magazine. As far as I know, they had three issues, all of which are in my possesion. I'm planning on getting some back issues of Toon Magazine, which I've heard good things about. Can anyone provide any other links to animation magazine sites?
I feel that a big problem with today's society is that we don't listen to our fellow man -- especially when I'm talking.

Wasn't Wizards magazine also called TOON? Probably not, as there is another magazine with that same name, but that's how I started getting TOON magazine. I thought I was ordering the Wizard magazine from Westfield, but instead I got that bigger magazine TOON. So I discoverd that magazine by accident.
That Wizard cartoon magazine was the best thing going. I wonder why they stopped putting it out.

Wizard started a new anime magazine this month...it looks more like an ad magazine so far, though.
I believe the Wizard mag from a year or so back was called Toon! or Toonz, though I am not sure.
