SHARKENCAT. its about a cat, a shark, and their owner who makes them dinner while they get into wacky adventures....in the ghetto.

i need this animated as soon as possible. any further calls can be cleared by my manager, Doug Globstein.

I don't want to sound rude but...what's the point of animating this? The characters don't even move from one panel to the next. It's the same picture over and over again.

And personally, I don't think it's funny. The shark insults the cat. Owner pops up out of nowhere. Where's the joke in that?

its not supposed to be funny, its about the decline in american society from the Ford administration.
