    My Opinions:
King of the Hill: Don't watch
    El Tigre: Never seen
Home Movies: I didn't really care for it that much
Chowder: I haven't watched it much since, but I like the first season
Teen Titans: Not my kind of show, but it was alright
An authentic blend of 23 flavors

So this list wont be limited to shows that premiered in 00s but instead is a list of the top 25 animated television series that were airing (meaning premieres episodes) in the 00s.

Good to see Chowder and Home Movies make the list. Not suprised about King of the Hill, it's certainly earned it's place. Teen Titans is no surprise either. Never saw El Tigre and never cared to but maybe I'll check it out some time. Seems it was quite short lived.

Won't comment on order until the list is fully up.

    - King of the Hill: Definitely has had its moments and sometimes I wonder why I didn't watch this show a whole lot more.
    - El Tigre: Probably the first of several shows on this list which turned me off on first impression but might have ended up better than I thought it would.
    - Home Movies: Loved it until the characters started cursing regularly (4th season)... that was a huge turn-off.
    - Chowder: Great first season, but quality has been inconsistent since.
    - Teen Titans: Great show, though I became disinterested in the show's final season.

My thoughts on certain shows so far

KOTH: Deserves a spot on the list and glad that it made it to 25.

El Tigre: Never saw it, but the fact that it did land on another list in this series does make me want to watch it now.

Home Movies: It was very enjoyable show that I can go back to watch. While it's animation is average, it's mostly it's writing that I'm attracted to.

Chowder: While my opinion on this is mixed due to the spectacular first season, but hit or miss second and third, I think it does deserve it's props. Just as long as Flapjack ranks higher.

Teen Titans: I actually liked the goofy take on this series, but then again I never read a single Teen Titans comic book.

El Tigre has some fans in the Toon Zone staff doesn't it? Nice to see it get some deserved respect.

I love King of The Hill, and I'm glad it got a spot on this list. Surprising to see it kick off the count down though, so I'm expecting some truly amazing works as we get closer to number 1.

I liked El Tigre, and as great as the concept was, I'm not too sue if it deserves a spot in a Top 25 list.

Didn't care for Home Movies, but Chowder getting some props is great. Its debut was the start of some great CN shows coming down the pipe, and I loved what I've seen of it so far.

Teen Titans was a fun show, but knew when to get serious. Glad to see it getting recognition as well.

King of the Hill: I've watched this show since it premiered and loved mostly every moment. Not many shows can remain this consistent in quality over 13 years. I think it should be higher, but rarely do I pay attention to the numbers on these lists, just what series are acknowledged.

El Tigre: I missed a lot of episodes of this series, but it was seriously pretty good. It was definately better than everything else coming out at the time. Codename: Kids Next Door and The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy were ending on Cartoon Network while Spongebob Squarepants and Fairly Odd Parents were on a decline. This was definitely the best kid's (Comedy) cartoon at the time. Wish it and Kappa Mikey got more episodes, but I never even saw all of those because of the constantly changing airing times.

Home Movies: I loved it. Some terrific writing and delivery by the actors. One of [adult swim]'s smartest shows for sure.

Chowder: Never watched it, I had given up on Cartoon Network when this first aired.

Teen Titans: I loved it. At first, I regretted the fact that it wasn't a new DCAU show (I still watched), but in the end it was better for the show. I wish it could have had another DTV or season though. I know the finale wasn't made to be followed up on, but still...

King of the Hill: Not really my thing (I'm more into surreal cartoonish humor than 'animated reality'), but it deserves its' spot.

El Tigre: Never saw it, so I can't comment.

    Home Movies: Same as KOTH.

Chowder: Loved the first season; unfortunately, the subsequent episodes haven't lived up to the magic of the 1st season's crop, but despite its' faults, it was one of the more original, unique and potentially brilliant shows to come down the recent Cartoon Network pike.

Teen Titans: I had issues with TT (the cast, the characterizations, the animation style) and I lost interest in this show about halfway through its' run, but I'll concede that it does deserve a mention.

King of the Hill: Loved it. One of my all-time favorite animated series. Glad to see it make the list.

El Tigre: Never saw it. Never cared.

Home Movies: It's been a while since I've watched it but I was definitely very fond of it. Going to give it another look very soon.

    Chowder
: Loved the first season. Stopped watching CN entirely by the second season. Decent show. Sad to hear it's not as good as it used to be.

Teen Titans: Never saw it. Never cared.

Wait, if a show has to have "hit it's stride" during this decade, does that mean we wont see The Simpsons on the list?

Should King of the Hill be 1990's?

Just like Family Guy, which debuted in 1999 and is still on the air.

Note this part in the intro:
Not all of the shows mentioned in this list were created in the 2000s. What has been taken into account is whether or not the show hit its stride during the past decade. Do know, however, that all of the shows on this list are here because they met certain criteria that put them above the rest. Without further ado, here are toonzone's Top 25 Animated Series:

King of the Hill: I haven't seen too much of the series, but I like how it captures a nice sense of reality. Quite refreshing for an animated series.

El Tigre: This was a pretty fun series. I enjoyed its unique take on the whole hero vs. villain story. I'm glad to see that this underrated series is getting some attention.

Home Movies: I've never seen it, so I can't comment on it.

Chowder: Even though the quality of this series has gone down since the first season, it has been a unique and creative series. One aspect that I have enjoyed is the combination of stop motion animation and puppets in various moments throughout the episodes.

Teen Titans: While this was mainly a comedy series, I agree that it knew when it was time to be serious. I also had some issues with how the characters were handled, such as how they never seem to tell each other their secret identities, but all in all, it was a fun series.

These are some nice series to start off the list. It will be interesting to see what shows will be featured next.

King of the Hill: Very consistent and, unlike other FOX cartoons, managed to age well.

    El Tigre: Never saw it.

Home Movies: Loved it. Really liked all the characters, especially Coach McGuirk.

Chowder: Yeah, the first season was pretty good while the second season has just been lacking.

Teen Titans: Hasn't aged well since the first time I saw it, but I can understand why it's here.
Yes, there are amazing things up there in the universe, but they’ve got some very stiff competition down here on Earth!

    Top 25

Like a lot of folks, I'm not going to comment on what I felt deserved to be where until the entire list is posted, but rather hope I see the following on this list as they're my personal favorites.

    Code Lyoko
Digimon Seasons 3 (Tamers) and 4 (Frontier)
    Kim Possible
    SRMTHFG
Big Guy and Rusty (iffy considering the show ran from 1999-2001 but still)
    Oban Star Racers

I've got other favorites like JLU but I'm pretty sure that's going to be high up on the list.

Here's hopes everyone's favorite series get a place!

Thought Justice League would be higher than 17, but still glad to see it there. South Park at 20 I also thought was a bit lower than expected, but can't wait to see the rest of the list.
