And Randy's apparently involved, so be warned.
My guess: Cartman's behind another racer, forcing Kyle's hand to help Stan win.

Really, is this the best they can do?

Spoiler:
I think the summary meant Randy instead of Kyle, since there's no mention of Kyle in the preview summary on South Park Studios.
Yes, it's best to be concerned about this episode, since it appears to be another "Randy" episode.

If it is Randy, I wonder if it'll be a parody of those mothers that put their daughters in those pageants and what not.
Another Randy episode?? Come on guys. There are lots of adult characters in this show you don't use anymore. Why Randy over and over? I mean the guy is funny, but definitely overused.
But hey this one sounds like it might be good, as long they go for a straightforward plot and dont try to throw in secret organizations, or overly dramatic adults...
There's one more after this one, right?
That's right, folks. It's a Randy episode.
Here's the clicker:
Nobody'd blame ya.
Sorry, couldn't resist.![]()
Blackstar, Randy episodes can be really, really good. They just do too many of them. There are so many characters in this show that are never used anymore in favor of episodes starring just Cartman, Kyle, Butters and Randy.
My guess is that Trey Parker relates to Randy and it's just the easiest character for him to turn to when he wants to use an idiotic or overenthusiastic adult in an episode. Still...I don't think that's any excuse to overuse Randy.
And I'm calling it now, having just seen a preview: Randy is going to be the dad-from-hell in this episode, getting far too into everything than he should be while Stan spends most of the episode either just watching whats going on around him or constantly going on about how stupid everything is.
And at some point Cartman will blame the Jews.
That's just how it goes.
OR it could go in a completely different direction. Princess Leia??

Well, "Randy as Leia" was kind of... weird.
Yes, there are amazing things up there in the universe, but they’ve got some very stiff competition down here on Earth!

lmao @ Randy rubbing his head when he says "I love you son."
Hey, I'm enjoying it so far. Not bad at all.
With what has happened so far, all I can say is, "Please, no more Randy episodes."

Wow.
This episode is so bad it's hilarious.
30s gangster alien doesn't even sound good/funny on paper.
Pleeeaaassssee don't suck.
This is getting kind of weird now but I'm not hating it.

Yeah, this one is fading pretty fast. Good concept, but they're not doing much with it aside from giving Randy too much screen time.
The ending was a pretty unexpected twist. I give today a 4/5
Cool concept but some parts failed quite hard.
