This topic is going to be HUGE. And not necessarily in a good way.
Still, I'm looking forward to this episode.
Episode 7.13: Wedding Bells and Bytes
Original air date: February 28, 2009
Master Splinter is finally restored, and just in time, too: after four seasons as a couple, Casey and April are getting married, and everyone's from Manhattan to the Utrom homeworld is invited. Except the Shredder. Not that that will stop him...
This topic is going to be HUGE. And not necessarily in a good way.
Still, I'm looking forward to this episode.
Zack and Zeke
It's kind of like ET, if you take out all of the emotion and turn it into a silly webcomic that's updated on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Why must it be over? Why
Whhhhhhhhhy?!
The show could have gone on for 5 more seasons at least.
Well, with that out of the way, let's see how this episode goes.
5 more seasons is pushing it, especially if the writing is going to stay in its current state.
I eagerly await this episode, even though I'm sure I'll be disappointed with it. Serling better get sent back to the future at least,
but in the end it doesn't matter to me, because I'm just going to pretend that "Fast Forward" and "Back to the Sewer" never happened.
To me TMNT 2K3 ended with the "Ninja Tribunal".
Are we sure this is the series finale? I mean 4KIDS aren't really promoting it as such like they did with the Yu-Gi-Oh! series finale.
"Toonami:Tougher than the Best,Stronger than the Rest."
TOONAMI LIVES (5/26/12)
Cubed is just being what he believes is realistic. Chances are low that the Turtles will continue but not zero, not at all.
This is possibly the final episode of the 2k3 continuty since the movie sounds like it's non canon but this cameo fest sound like it may be a decent send out. I guess we just have to wait and see.
Still the show is not over until 4kids says it is and they are not saying yet. It seems like they want the turtles to continue and seem to be running into snaga, probably a snag called playmates.
Wow, this episode had everybody show up, lol!
The ending has brought tears to my eyes.![]()
TMNT 2k3 forever!
Let's count how many familiars were at the wedding
- The professor from the "Garbageman" episode
- Angel
- Sid
- Chaplin
- Karai (?). I figure if Chaplin was there, she'd be there too
- Leatherhead
- Usagi
- Gen (trying to get out of getting them a gift by regifting so to speak)
- Mortu
- Bishop (watching from the EPA HQ)
- The Daimyo and his son
- What's her name from the time travel eps
- Cody
- Ancient One
- The Justice Force
- Professor Honeycutt who was the minister
- Hisomi from the Ninja Tribunal
There's too many to count. The ones I knew of, I posted.
And the Rat King was there as well.
Well, I don't care what anyone says, this was a satisfying ending. Sure, Serling never got sent back, we never got the Darius Dunn arc completed, and the Shredder Wars have been rendered non-canon, but I don't see how else this series could've gone out.
It's not a total farewell until they say it is, but for now, let us remember the good times that were had over the past 6 years.
Yeah, I saw Karai in the background and the time-travel girl is named Renet.
There was also:
- Joy
- Ratking (watching from afar)
- Mortu (the head Utrom)
- Utroms
- Juto (sporting a top hat)
- Chikara
- Adam
- Faraji
- Kon
- Tora

What do you get when you put three friends in a recording booth once a week, screen old anime, and tell them to make sense of it? You get the Anime of Yesteryear Podcast! Tune in each week as we kick back and discuss anime of old, both the well-known and the obscure, as well as our thoughts on the latest developments in the world of comics. (Updates Weekly!)
Both the 4 humans and the 4 Tribunal members were there.
Joy looked pretty good.![]()
I wish Baxter and Hun were shown one more time, but oh well.
In case anyone is interested, here's pictures of all the wedding guests:

I am now going through severe levels of depression due to the ending of the series.
It's like The Powerpuff Girls Rule, only it's actually serious!
So has "The 3 Shredders" become an alternate future?
