My concept for a 3-D animated Gremlins movie.

It's called "Gremlins 3-D", it's a feature length CGI animated feature that is the third installment of the classic horror fantasy comedy franchise. The animation can be realistic CGI throughout much like "TMNT", Steven Spielburg with Joe Dante and Robert Zemeckis can produce it with Edgar Wright ("Shaun of the Dead" and "Hot Fuzz") as director.

I don't know. Part of the charm of the Gremlins is that they're puppets. Having them go 3D/CGI wouldn't feel right.

There are things that they could do in CGI that they can't do with puppets.

Regardless, half the fun is knowing they're puppets. Gremlins is supposed to be a family friendly horror comedy. Having them be more lifelike would make them all the more scarier and they'd lose any charm they had, probably resulting in an R rating.
