What's that new show on Fox Family, about the girl with the braces?

It's called Brace face or something. Anyone know anything about this? Is it any good or is it just another one of those kids in school toons we've been force fed so many times before?

I saw a couple of minutes of it when there was nothing on, my opinion, just another toon about kids going to school. Kind of sickening realy. Man what is it whith these cartoons about kids going to school? Even X Men Evolution is like that.

...with teen superheroes, school is an inevitable part of the mix, unless they are dropouts. I have a concept in mind for a comic series with teens, and they do go to school, but it isn't a controlling focus of the show. In a way they're more adult than most teens even though the oldest is only sixteen (the lead hero can grow a full beard and sideburns in hours--scary). My world is violent, vulgar, filthy-mouthed and not watered-down or kiddified. It may be too raw for Saturday morning. It's like Freakazoid with edge, or Batman in his formative years, or Archie if Riverdale was an undesireable-infested, broken-down, filthy, urine-soaked hellhole ("pee-pee soaked heckhole" for all you Simpsons/Sideshow Bob fans--. ) It's X-Men Evolution if I drank a couple pints of lager * and wrote the scripts.

*I don't drink, but from what I've heard planned for the new KWB fall season, I've contemplated taking it up!

First people complain about kids going to school in cartoons, then when kids don't go to school and travel around the world without having to worry about money or food, people say it sucks and it's not realistic.

I think you should keep a balance, I mean if a show has kids for characters, kids go to school, but the show does not have to revolve around that fact.

Well good or bad I did sorta like this shows art style. It didn't look lousy like alot of the "kids in school shows" that are out today.

I agree the characters do look like real people, except they only have FOUR fingers. Sheesh, you try and make a cartoon that looks real but only draw four fingers.
