Name of this Series

Riddle me this, fellow toonsters. There was this show that just randomly popped in my head, and I need help figuring out what the title was for it. I remember it vaguely. What I do remember is that this was a show that I believe aired on primetime on ABC for a few weeks sometime during the 90's.

The main character was a girl with black hair and had this raspy/nasally-like voice. The animation style was very Klasky-Csupo-ish, I'm not sure whether they did the animation or not. The only scenes that stick out in my head right now envolves the girl eating a bowl of "Yucky Farms" talking to her parents, and the other envolved some sort of a school play. If you can give me the name of this, I would be much appreciative. Thanks.

My best guess here is Edith Ann, which was a couple of specials based on a character created by Lily Tomlin.
