MTV's THE HEAD & THE MAXX

Well, Teletoon has finished their uninterrupted run of ROUGHNECKS in late night to make room for THE HEAD, followed up by THE MAXX. Did anyone else watch THE HEAD when MTV had it one awhile back. It has to be one of the quirkiest and oddest shows I've ever watched. Hilarious characters, funy situations, but mediocre animation (which actually helped) made this a funny series! Comments?

Mmmm, The Head was okay. I watched most of it, but it didn't really grab me.

Now, The Maxx was incredible. Have you seen it before, DG? Be ready to fire up the VCR, you're about to experience one of the best animated series of the 90s. I need to watch my tape again... but watching all the episodes in one sitting will truly screw with your mind.

I've seen THE MAXX off and on, but not completely all the way through. This will be my first time to see the entire set of episodes (eight - right?) and I plan to tape them. Kieth is a talented guy and they copied his work amazingly onto animation.

I hate posting two times inna row, but I just thought I'd update ya. THE MAXX has begun, airing Saturdays and Sundays at 1am (ET). I missed it last night (D'OH) but I plan to catch it tonite. Teletoon has changed around their schedule again quite unpredictably. If I have one complaint about TELETOON is that they don't advertise their schedule changes.

STARSHIP TROOPERS used to air everyday at 12:30am, but neglected to mention that beginning this week, it will now air only Monday to Thursday at 12:30am, making room for THE HEAD on Friday - Sunday. If you want a peek at their monthly sched, go here:
