Shmorky Cartoons are, believe it or not, cartoons made by a man named Shmorky. They may be found at http://www.somethingawful.com/shmorky/ . If you're new to them, you ought to try the Platform Hero series. There's 8 episodes, but they're fairly short. The Jefferson brothers is pretty funny too, and there are a lot of series that are just one-shots, and comic fans should like the Batman mini-series.

So, basically, talk about Shmorky animation right over here at this ol' thread.

They're in the vein of early 1930's Fleisher shorts with their wild, fluid animation, musical interludes, and abrupt, wacky endings. The creator is obviously a scholar of the medium.
