The Simpsons was edited last night

I noticed that they cut out the part on the end of last night's The Simpson's where they say Everybody Loves Raymond's timeslot over and over again. I guess Fox didn't like it that they were promoting another network.

Well that makes sense. My local FOX affiliate always cuts episodes very short, mostly get rid of all funny parts. They showed when they promoted Ally McBeal and Family guy, but that's on their station. Though I remember when that episode premiered they showed that part.

It makes sense. They always do this kind of stuff, but also, the joke isn't anywhere near as relevant as it was when it originally aired, a few weeks before ELR's series finale.
