    Who or what is a "Pancho"?

    Title says it all. I've seen a few people with this name in their signature. I'm guessing that it's a cartoon, that's why I'm putting it here. I just want to know who Pancho is!

    Meh. Didn't care too much for him. He did give me a kick at times, but I don't think his grasp on English was very good (understandable, considering he's Spanish). I'll kind've miss him.

    Since we're talking about bannings, when I get banned, will anyone miss me?
